Adsense Arbitrage- Does it Work?

Filed under: Make Money Online — Abdalla Ahmed @ 2:05 pm

Personally I think Adsense Arbitrage works but what is it?

AdSense Arbitrage is buying traffic from search engines with PPC (pay per click) campaign at a low cost and selling the traffic to an advertiser at higher price. AdSense Arbitrage is essential for your success if you have a good knowledge of AdWord, AdSense, and the right business models.

AdSense Arbitrage has been made out to be a ‘bad thing’ and people have become weary to adopt the technique as an online business. There are also many opinions which say that sending traffic to affiliate links is much more profitable rather than AdSense Arbitrage.

You pay low for Your traffic from PPC and get paid higher than what You paid, which will, hopefully, make YOU a nice little profit. Say, You pay .05 for each click and You are paid a dollar from each of Your ads in AdSense, and You have a CTR of 20% on the AdSense side. Thats every 5th person clicks. To get 5 people You pay .25 – which leaves You with .75 in profit.

This technique used to be very effective and some people have made millions on it! Now a days it is a lot harder to get it to work and seems to be not worth the effort. Here are some of the issues You face today with this tactic:

Google doesn’t like it and You Can get banned from Your account.

Now, if google does not like it we would generally reply “who gives a shit” but seeing as adsense arbitrage is all about visitors/traffic clicking your adsense ads then we must care otherwise look forward to your account being banned.

There is another way of making money though and the idea came to me via John Chows newsletter he sent to his subscribers today. Chow mentioned the possibility of entering a sales page as your landing page on your blog rush account which means all traffic that comes from blogrush widgets on other blogs will be greeted with your affiliate sales page meaning you could make nice amount of cash depending on the conversion rate. Now…lets think about the arbitrage thing, how about instead of sending traffic to your blogs filled with google adsense ads to your page full of affiliate sales? I could send traffic that i’m buying via PPC campaigns up to my make money online page and make money. Imagine I am buying up traffic at a rate of 10cents each, one sign up to Text-Link-Ads will result in me being paid $25*! Imagine someone signs up to NeverBlue Ads, ill be getting paid %5 of whatever the referred affiliate gets for life!

To even get you started, I have here for you a $75 free voucher for advertising with yahoo, get your campaigns started today and make money online + get more traffic!

P.S the last four digits on the link to the yahoo thing, try playing around with them so you get the $100 voucher instead of $75, it is there!!

UPDATE!

Enjoy and Good Luck!

Hey, I noticed you said you get 5% per referral for life from NeverBlue. How did you manage to pull this off, I thought it was 2% at least that is the offer it gave me. Maybe I need to contact them and negotiate for a better deal?

  4. Abdalla Ahmed Says:

I have no idea, maybe I am confusing their offer with another affiliate program, let me double check!
