When we saw there latest post i was so happy that i couldn’t wait to call up my ISP and say hey, i now have proof you guys throttle traffic ( for those less knowledgeable monkeys throttling means that apply traffic shaping to information you send and receive through the internet, specifically to deal with bittorrent traffic) and i can finally argue or threaten to expose them hehe! The site simply is a Web application Glasnost simulates BitTorrent downloads on your computer to determine whether or not your internet service provider (ISP) is throttling your BitTorrent transfers. It also compares regular download speed which hopefully aren’t also throttled, and bittorrent downloads. Various other combinations of ports ultimately to determine what is being throttled if anything!
